Select a date and possible theme for your event. Call or email Glasgow Media to see if your date is available.
Once your date has been set by phone or email, print the contract, fill it out, sign it and send it to Glasgow Media with your deposit. This confirms your event.
You can now download posters for your event, a photo for press release and the bio.
Flight arrangements can be done by Glasgow Media but must be reimbursed upon receipt. Airports: Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) & Reagan National Airport (DCA).
Balance of fee is due on date of Event.

The Process

1. View website for possibilities and themes for your event.

2. Call or email to check on available dates.

3. Fill out the online contract and fax or email back, this secures your date.

4. Send suggested deposit.

5. Affirm travel and accommodations, airline ticket, etc.

6. Download posters, bio and photo for event advertising.

7. Keep close communication, it is pivotal for a successful event.

8. Break out session questions are available upon request.

9. We can even provide a worship leader and musicians if you want a hands free event!

A session is approximately 60 mins.

$50 Reservation fee will lock your date and be applied to balance due on date of event.
*Traveling fee is based on .40 per mile if driving. If travel is by air, sponsor pays for airline ticket.
